Refund Policy

Cancellation charges and how refunds are processed.

Last updated: September 2026 · Provided in English — this version governs in case of translation discrepancy.

1. General Principle

Because Seabair pays airlines, hotels, and other suppliers in advance to secure your booking, cancellations and changes made by a Client are subject to the charges below, in addition to any cancellation fees levied directly by our suppliers (airlines, hotels, visa authorities), which are non-negotiable on our part.

2. Cancellation Charges — Time Before Departure

45 days or more before departure: advance payment retained as a cancellation fee; remaining amount paid refunded.

44–30 days before departure: 25% of the total package cost.

29–15 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost.

14–7 days before departure: 75% of the total package cost.

Less than 7 days before departure, or after travel has commenced: 100% of the total package cost — no refund.

These slabs are indicative and the exact figures for your specific booking will always be confirmed in writing at the time of booking, since supplier-specific cancellation terms (especially airfare and certain hotel rates) can be stricter.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Visa fees, travel insurance premiums, and any payments already remitted to third parties on a non-refundable basis are not refundable under any circumstances, once processed.

4. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

Send a written cancellation request to [email protected] or to your assigned Seabair travel consultant. The cancellation date used for calculating charges is the date we receive your written request, not the date you intend to travel.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 14–21 business days of the cancellation being confirmed, to the original mode of payment wherever possible. Bank-transfer and payment-gateway processing times outside our control may add a few additional days.

6. Changes Instead of Cancellation

If you wish to change your travel dates or itinerary rather than cancel outright, we will do our best to accommodate this. Date/itinerary changes may be treated as a cancellation-and-rebooking (with the applicable cancellation charges above) where the original booking's suppliers do not permit a simple amendment.

7. Force Majeure & Government Restrictions

Where a trip cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond either party's control (natural disasters, government travel bans, border closures, pandemics, etc.), we will work with our suppliers to secure the maximum possible refund or credit on your behalf, though we cannot guarantee a full refund where our suppliers themselves do not offer one.
