Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking a trip with Seabair Group.

Last updated: September 2026 · Provided in English — this version governs in case of translation discrepancy.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Seabair Group ("Seabair", "we", "us") and any person who enquires about, books, or travels on a holiday package, itinerary, or travel-related service arranged by us ("Client", "you"). By making a booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of yourself and all travellers named on the booking.

2. Enquiries, Quotations & Booking Confirmation

A quotation shared with you is valid only until the date stated on it and does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only once we have received your signed acceptance (or written confirmation) and the applicable advance payment, and have issued a booking confirmation/voucher in return.

Prices quoted are subject to availability at the time of confirmation and may change until a booking is confirmed, due to factors including but not limited to currency fluctuation, airfare revisions, and supplier rate changes.

3. Payments

An advance payment is required to confirm a booking, with the balance payable by the due date communicated to you before departure. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in automatic cancellation of the booking, subject to the cancellation charges described in our Refund Policy.

Payments may be made via bank transfer, UPI, card, or other methods we make available from time to time. All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Passports, Visas & Travel Documents

It is the Client's sole responsibility to hold a passport valid for at least six months beyond the return date of travel, and to obtain all visas, permits, vaccination certificates, and other travel documents required for the itinerary booked. We may assist with visa guidance and documentation support as a value-added service, but we do not guarantee visa approval, as this rests solely with the relevant embassy or consulate.

Seabair is not liable for any loss, delay, or cancellation arising from a Client's failure to hold valid, correct, or complete travel documentation.

5. Changes & Cancellations by the Client

Any request to amend or cancel a confirmed booking must be made in writing. Amendments and cancellations are subject to the charges set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Changes & Cancellations by Seabair

Occasionally we may need to make changes to a confirmed itinerary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (flight schedule changes, hotel unavailability, weather, government restrictions, etc.). Where a significant change is unavoidable, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible and offer a comparable alternative or, where that is not possible, a refund of the affected portion.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travellers take out comprehensive travel insurance covering, at minimum, trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and loss of baggage/belongings, for the full duration of travel.

8. Liability

Seabair acts as an agent in arranging services (flights, hotels, transfers, local guides, visa processing, etc.) provided by independent third-party suppliers, and our liability is limited accordingly. We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by the acts, omissions, or default of any third-party supplier, or by events beyond our reasonable control (see Force Majeure below).

9. Force Majeure

Seabair shall not be held responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performing, its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, border closures, pandemics, or industrial action.

10. Client Conduct

Travellers are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not endanger, distress, or inconvenience other travellers, or damage property. Seabair and its suppliers reserve the right to remove a traveller from an itinerary, without refund, where their conduct is deemed to pose such a risk.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the location of Seabair Group's registered office.
